Our Level 1 Lagree x Framework Training spans over two intensive weekends, offering a comprehensive certification program. Dive into the core principles of Lagree fitness, mastering the Megaformer machine and learning the foundational exercises that define this dynamic workout method. Led by seasoned instructors, students will experience a blend of theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical sessions, ensuring a deep understanding of Lagree techniques. Upon successful completion, attendees earn their Level One Lagree Certification and upon completion of a practical exam and opportunity to teach at Framework.
Our training program will teach you everything you need to know about the Lagree Fitness method, the Megaformer and how to teach and motivate clients to become the strongest version of themselves. Our unique classes are high energy, low impact and full body. The combination of strength training and zone 2 cardio will leave you shaking, sweating, and completely addicted.

Program Requirements
To receive Level 1 Lagree certification, you will be required to:
- Attend all training weekends
- Complete 20 Lagree classes by training start date (May 22, 2026)

Kim Rothenberg, Master Trainer - Lagree Fitness
As one of Canada’s first Master Trainers in the Lagree Method, Kim has played a key role in shaping the growth of the method across the country. She is the owner of Lagree YYC in Calgary, established in 2015, and has taught over 2,000 classes while training and certifying dozens of instructors through both Level 1 and Level 2 programs.
Known for her precision, high standards, and results-driven approach, Kim brings a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of the method. Her trainings are structured, challenging, and designed to develop confident, technically strong instructors while maintaining the integrity of the Lagree Method.
Ayla Barker, Lead Trainer - Framework
With over 10 years of experience in movement, Ayla brings a deep understanding of the body, precision cueing, and creative sequencing to every session. Having trained and taught at Lagree West in Vancouver and now serving as the lead instructor at Framework Toronto, Ayla offers a wealth of expertise to help you level up your classes and inspire your clients with confidence.
