Our Level 1 Lagree x Framework Training spans over two intensive weekends, offering a comprehensive certification program. Dive into the core principles of Lagree fitness, mastering the Megaformer machine and learning the foundational exercises that define this dynamic workout method. Led by seasoned instructors, students will experience a blend of theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical sessions, ensuring a deep understanding of Lagree techniques. Upon successful completion, attendees earn their Level One Lagree Certification and upon completion of a practical exam and opportunity to teach at Framework.
Our training program will teach you everything you need to know about the Lagree Fitness method, the Megaformer and how to teach and motivate clients to become the strongest version of themselves. Our unique classes are high energy, low impact and full body. The combination of strength training and zone 2 cardio will leave you shaking, sweating, and completely addicted.

To receive Level 1 Lagree certification, you will be required to:
- Attend all training weekends
- Complete 20 Lagree classes by training start date

Maggie's dedication to fitness and expertise in Lagree training make her a sought-after instructor, guiding individuals to achieve their fitness goals. Maggie is an internationally recognized Master Trainer who is passionate about teaching teachers and helping them reach their goals.
Maggie currently teaches in Los Angeles California alongside the founder Sabastien Lagree.
Christy Keast, Lead Trainer - Framework Toronto
A loyalist to the Lagree method for over six years, Christy is one of the founding instructors at Framework and a Level 2 certified trainer who trained directly under founder Sebastian Lagree in Los Angeles. With extensive experience on the mic, Christy is not only a skilled instructor but also a mentor for new teachers. She is deeply committed to team culture and trainee support, blending expertise with encouragement in every class. Her goal is to help others deepen their understanding of the Lagree method, grow in confidence, and develop their own unique voice as instructors.
